1.Q: Why should I sign up?

3). Avoid repeatedly keying in the same information for each order2.Q: How to deal if i can't find the items in our website？
A: If you don't see it in our catalog, simply email us a .jpg of what you want. We will confirm the availability, length of production, and the target shipping date from China.
3.Q: Can I change what I have ordered into other jewelry after placing an order online?
A: If you want to make any changes, pls notify our customer service before you remit! You also need to provide the ID of the jewelry before and after you update. We’ll send the E-mail to inform you the newest ID for you to check .And we have to recalculate the delivery charges for the reasons that the jewelry weight during changing may be different.
4.Q: What is your guarantee policy?
A: Our Unconditional Return and Replace Policy means that if you are not satisfied with any item you receive you can simply mail it back to us with the packing, invoice and so on within 2 weeks upon reception. We will make replacement or full refund (excluding the freight charge). No question asked!
5.Q: What are the materials of the jewelry?
A: All of the handcrafted jewelry,semi-manufactured goods and materials from Rey JEWELRY Co.LTD are made of pure natural materials.For some artificially compound jewelry, we have made special marks in our products list on the web.6.Q: Will you send free samples?
A: We wouldn't send free samples. You are welcome to place a trial order to test the quality and service . But for the contract customer, we may consider sending you free samples.
7.Q: How long it will take to deliver the goods to customers?
A: After your remittance completed and affirmed by our accountant, we’ll be prepared to arrange your ordered goods, and send email to notify you the exact date of delivery. For international customers, if you ordered stock items,your order will reach your company within 4-10 business days via DHL/UPS/EMS. IF there are items not in stock,we will arrange the production at once,the production time may be different time for different production,most of the items could be ready within 10-20 days.
8. Q: Is the price marked on your website as US Dollar(USD) and Chinese Yuan(RMB)?
A: Yes, all price on our website is USD,but you can pay by Pounds, Euros and other currencies with the same value.
9 .Q: Can you offer customized making?
A: Of course. You are welcome to send our customer service email for detail information of your special requirements. By the way, if you have some good ideas, please tell us without any hesitation.
10.Q: Do you have any limition on order sum or product quantity?
A: Because larger order can save you carriage, to keep your profits, we set minimum sum of your order is 200$. As we know, the smaller your sum is, the more expensive freight you will have to pay, you are encouraged to place an order over 200USD. If you really can not reach this sum, please keep it over 100USD at least.
11.Q: Can the necklace products be lengthened or shortened?
A: Generally speaking, our jewelry are made according to international standard size.The length of necklace is about 16 to 18 inches, but they can be lengthened a little upon your requirements. If they are much longer than the standard one, material fees are supposed to be charged accordingly.
12.Q: How soon can I receive my order? how to calculate my freight cost?
A: It depends largely on the size of your order and the means of shipment you choose. Once you chance a shipping, our systerm will calculate your freight automatic
13.Q: Are the photographs as same as your real jewelry?
A: All jewelry pictures are taken under the natural light, and uploaded online without too much process. They are the same as the real jewelry almostly.
14.Q: Can I pay part of the remit first, and then the rest after receiving the goods?
A: Sorry, it is not permited. One the one hand, divided payment will increase unnecessary expend for you. On the other hand, our company has been keeping a good reputation since it was established . If you are not so confident in shopping our goods , you are encouraged to place a small order for the taste. After you admit our good business reputation, we can establish a long-term good cooperate relationship.15.Q: How can I know about my order status?
A: Once we send the goods, we will provide a tracking number to you, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your shoes until they reach you. For air shipment orders, we will keep you posted of the status everyday.
16.Q: Can the semi-finished products can be processed into finished products?
A: Yes, it can.After you selecting your semi-finished products, please tell us about the clasp, style and length, then we can make finished products according to your requirements.
