Please contact us immediately if there are any problems with your order when you receive it.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 14 days in its original condition.

Rey Jewelry will do an exchange or fully refund your money for the purchase price, including shipping & handling if there are any problems on our part, which include:

1.You receive the wrong item;

2.You think the item is misdescribed, i.e. the materials are not the same as described on website, or there are differences in size and length. (Please note that slight color difference caused by the normal process of photographing is not included in this situation.)
